About
Major League Balatro Season 3 is a competitive Balatro league that utilizes the Multiplayer mod to allow some of the biggest Balatro creators to battle it out over 11 weeks. There are two divisions of 10 competitors and 46 playoff spots on the line. Unlike normal Balatro, you receive 4lives in multiplayer, and each blind loss results in a loss of life. The biggest difference in multiplayer is that the boss rounds are replaced with PvP battles, where the competitor with the lower score loses a life.

Scoring
Scoring:
- 1 points for a match win
- 1 points for a game win
- .5 points per life remaining in each game
- .1 point per "e" in each game's high score
Draft:
Anytime before Week 1, select your 4 players in the set lineup menu. You will be held to a $20 salary cap, and the players have been assigned a cost based on their placement in season 2. Every week you will need to select a new lineup as prices will change.Rosters lock Monday of each week at 6a PT
Rosters:
Each week, you can add and drop players over the weekend. Rosters lock Monday morning at 6:00a PT. Repricing based on performance will begin in week 2 and carry on through week 9.
League:
We will be hosting one massive league with merch prizes! Every week's winner receieves an MLBA hat. For the top-3 finishers in the season-long competition you will receive varying merch gift cards ($150, $100, $50) as well as special roles in the Zaino discord + VIP status in Zaino’s Twitch channel. The league lasts all 9 weeks, including playoffs.
Behavior:
Do not complain, bully, or annoy creators in regard to fantasy performance. If you are caught being rude to someone due to this fun side event, you will be banned from both the fantasy league and Twitch chats of all creators involved.
