Ichiyamamoto came out like a house a-fire in Kyushu, to follow his Juryo Yusho in September. After starting 8-1, he did go 3-3 to wind up with a Jun-Yusho. His sumo is not one that can do much against upper Maegashira and Sanyaku, because he only really can thrust with two arms at full speed. But it sure is fun to watch.
